RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Within 30 days of the purchase date, we will accept unworn, unwashed items for return under the following conditions:
No refunds are given on original shipping costs.
Changes of colour or sizes within the same style are free (provided that your size and/or colour is in stock).
Refunds can be issued for store credit or to the original form of payment. Refunds will be issued 3 days after your return has been delivered.
Orders placed with store credit/gift card can only be as store credit..

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Note that orders may be delayed if there is an influx in orders. After the order is processed it will be sent through Purolator and will take up to 5-7 business days to arrive depending on your location.
ORDER PICK-UP POLICY
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Order are available for pick-up on Wednesdays between 11 AM – 4 PM in store at 935 Ramsey Lake Rd., Sudbury, ON P3E 2C6. Please only come pick up your order once you have recieved an email notification saying your order is available and ready.
